2. Extract 360_TATTOO_PTEPATCH.cpk to download folder
3. Use DpFileList Generator 1.6 + DLC 3.0 by Baris to add CPK file
4. Extract PES 2016 New Version TM Patcher 0.5 for 1.04.00 by sxsxsx.exe to PES 2016 folder & run it to patch
4. Done !
