1. Extract EDIT00000000 to Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2016\save
( Two options : With Tattoo & No Tattoo. If you want play game with tattoo, you need download 360_TATTOO_PTEPATCH.cpk at HERE and extract it to download folder)
2. Extract FACEPACK_CLASSIC_PTE.cpk to download folder
3. Use DpFileList Generator 1.6 + DLC 3.0 by Baris to add CPK file
4. Done !
